提交时如果能带上这几项，通常能一次说清、少来回几轮：
响应时间：我们通常在 3 个工作日内回复。这些是个人开发维护的 App，遇到假期可能稍慢，但每一条都会看。
默认存在你手机本机的应用沙盒里。换手机不会自动同步，请在旧手机上用 App 内的「导出备份」导出文件，再在新手机上导入。具体入口见各 App 的设置页。
删除 App 即删除其全部本地数据，我们手里没有副本。部分 App 另在设置里提供「清空数据」。如果你使用过登录功能、需要删除服务端账号数据，请到 Issues 提出，我们会处理。
相机用于扫码或拍照，相册用于选图识别、以及把 App 生成的图片存到你的相册。都是用到才申请，拒绝后其余功能照常使用。详见隐私政策。
先试试彻底退出后重开，或重启设备。若仍复现，请到 Issues 附上上面那几项信息告诉我们，尤其是复现步骤。

Please open an issue on GitHub Issues. It is our only support channel — answers are public, so others with the same question can find them.
Including these details usually saves a round trip:
Response time: usually within 3 business days. These are apps built and maintained by one person, so holidays may slow that down — but everything gets read.
By default it lives in the app's sandbox on your device. It does not sync automatically, so export a backup from the old phone and import it on the new one. See each app's Settings for the exact entry point.
Deleting the app deletes all of its local data; we keep no copies. Some apps also offer "clear data" in Settings. If you have used sign-in and need server-side account data deleted, ask on Issues and we will handle it.
Camera for scanning or taking photos; photo library for picking an image to recognise and for saving images the app generates. Both are requested only when needed, and declining leaves the rest of the app working. See the privacy policy.
First try force-quitting and reopening, or restarting the device. If it still happens, tell us on Issues with the details above — steps to reproduce matter most.
Please ask. Describe the problem you are trying to solve rather than only the solution you have in mind — it makes it much easier to find the right fit.
